We pack our plants very carefully into cardboard boxes, which can be recycled. Inside the box the plants are stabilized with bamboo sticks , so that the plants will not be damaged even if they are turned upside-down during transportation. You can reuse the bamboo sticks for staking up your plants or as support for climbing plants. Particularly fragile species are packed up in a flexible net, which you can pull off upward or simply cut open.

Our main dispatch saison depends on the weather: It usually begins at the beginning of March and ends mid-November. In the remaining months we only dispatch selected plants during periods of mild temperatures, in order to avoid frost damages during transportation.Forwarding expenses by parcel service inland amount to overall 9.95 EUR per order.

We dispatch our plants with DPD or GLS. Usually, transport lasts 1 to 2 working-days, depending on your residence.

Shipping by forwarding agency within Germany and to other countries

The shipment of plants, that succeed a weight of 32 kilogramm or a height of 200 cm, is done via lorry by a forwarding agency. These items are signed with the following symbol:
The shipment-costs are calculated automatically by the onlineshop during check-out process, after you did fill in all items into the shopping-cart and submit your delivery-address.

Ordered XXL-plant are packed carefully and safely just before the forwarding agency collects them. Through that we ensure, that the stress-factor is minimalized for the plants. An individual protection for the stem and crown is adjusted. Most orders are packed on one-way-paletts. If you have the possibility to change Euro-Paletts, the shipment can be done on Euro-Palett.
